• In-house Templates and UI Components: Makeweb.ai retains all rights over the templates, designs, and UI elements provided within the service which are designed by us. While users are granted a license to use these elements in their websites, the intellectual property rights of these templates and designs remain with Makeweb.ai.
• Open-sourced Templates & UI Components: Makeweb.ai builder contains some well-known open-sourced templates publicly available under MIT License & free for commercial use. More details is present on our Attributions page.
• Prohibited Conduct: We outline specific prohibitions to ensure the integrity and security of our services, including but not limited to copyright infringement, unauthorized access, and disruption of services.

5. Refunds

We do not provide any refund option due to the nature of the product and accessibility. Instead, we offer super cheap pricing to allow initial users to try our product at minimum cost possible.
